Accelerate AI is ODSC’s business conference for executives and business professionals. Accelerate AI is co-located with ODSC East 2018, which is one of the largest gatherings of AI and data scientists on the planet. The conference will bring together top industry executives and CxOs to help them understand how AI and data science will transform their business.

Yes, there is breakfast served on the morning of May 1st between 8:30 and 9:30 am in Room 210C.

Yes, there is an early badge pickup. You can pick up your badge between 6-8pm
Monday, April 30th at ODSC Accelerate AI Registration Desk located in the
NW Corner Pre-function, Level 2 of BCEC(Boston Convention center.)

Please bring a government issued photo id and your ODSC credentials with you at the registration desk.

The attire is business or business casual for the event.

Yes, for Accelerate AI and Business Ticket holders on the First and second day of the conference ( May 1st and 2nd)

Unfortunately your credentials are not transferable. If you cannot make and would like
to send another C-level executive from your organization please let us know in
advance.

We encourage you to speak with the Speakers in between sessions based on
their availability.

When a given session is over, we need to turn the room over for the next session. We will have staff escort the speaker away from the front of the room to an area conducive for personal conversation without impacting the start of the next session. Please feel free to follow the staff and speaker to this area, but do not congregate in the front of the room to ask questions.

We encourage you to explore the speakers, topics, and schedule prior to arriving to plan out your day and get excited about your time at Accelerate AI Conference East. However, the schedule is subject to change, be sure to check the current version of the ODSC App on Web, Android Play Store or iOS App Store. Please download the ODSC App before you arrive at the venue. If you have not received an invitation to download the app please search your inbox, then contact info@odsc.com. Any last minutes changes will be updated live on the app so please refer to this first during the event.

The schedule will also be displayed on TVs throughout the venue.

3. Please do not conduct any personal recordings. Once we have a speaker’s permission and the presentation is edited, we will then release content to our conference website. You will be removed from the event if you are recording.
4. Mute cell phones during all events.
5. No recruitment or solicitation unless you are with a sanctioned sponsor.
6. In consideration of fellow attendees, no food is allowed in the conference rooms.
