Such Force Majeure circumstances, which, if occurring, excuse ODSC from the performance of their duties under this Ticket Agreement / Ticket purchase, and may include, but are not limited to the following: acts of God (including but not limited to fire, explosion, earthquake, drought, flood, hurricane, tornado, or severe adverse weather condition, such as severe snowstorm which would make it impossible, unsafe, unadvisable, or commercially impracticable for ODSC to perform under this contract / put on Event); acts of terrorism or threats of terrorism; acts of, or credible threats of, the following occurrences: riot, commotion, strikes, lockouts, civil unrest / civil disorder, mass shooting, threat of armed gunman or violence, or similar form of public unrest / disorder, government imposed curfews or lockdowns, epidemics or feared epidemic of a public health hazard or outbreak of disease (such as, but not limited to, SARS, tuberculosis, Ebola, or other such serious illness, as classified by the CDC), damage, construction, governmental order or court order, shutdown or regulation, or renovation to the display site, government regulation, public catastrophe, or any related occurrence beyond the parties’ control.
For safety reasons, ODSC further reserves the right, without any prior notice or compensation to You, to take the following actions: postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Event; provisionally keep visitors on the Event site at the end of the Event; totally or partially vacate the Event site; and deny access to the Event site regardless of the possession of a valid entry Ticket.
