Abstract: 

What is Enterprise search? Enterprise search is the use of information retrieval methods to find contents within an organization. This is the area which is very important for the organizations but the lack of data has attracted less academic interest. The Search in Enterprise is mostly based on a tribal knowledge which is transferred from the older employee to new employee. In this talk I would like to talk about the importance of enterprise search and how can one make a build vs buy decision.
