Customer Centricity With Deep Learning While Maintaining Privacy


Mnemopnic AI creates marketing and buyer personas fully automated with ensemble deep learning technologies. Personas are essential to understand the customer and address them with the right message and product. However, historically their creation has been an extremely complex, costly and time consuming task which has required teams of people to complete.
In his talk, Phil will show how organizations in volatile environments use Mnemonic AIs combinations of different neural network architectures like CNN, RNN and GAN not only to create personas automatically but also update them with changing market conditions to gain quicker time-to-market, save expensive staff hours while maintaining full privacy of consumers.


Phil Wennker is co-founder and AI engineer at Mnemonic AI, a San Francisco based start-up working on AI generated psychographics and personalization. Previously he co-founded Deep Data Analytics and led research initiatives on Natural Language Processing.
