How KPMG Data Scientists Automate, Accelerate and Enhance AI Workflows


The Ignite AI platform built by KPMG enables data management, model build/model management, solution development and deployment, and business enablement. Ignite is made for data scientists and engineers, but also allows for business user empowerment, keeping humans in the loop. The Ignite AI platform provides automated MLOps and data pipelines to achieve this goal.

In this keynote, KPMG and Red Hat will provide an overview of how KPMG went about developing the Ignite AI Platform using open source technologies such as MLFlow, Jupyter notebooks, Red Hat OpenShift Kubernetes Platform, PostgreSQL, to run in public or private cloud. You will hear lessons learned across people, process, and technology transformation initiatives to operationalize the solution, and how it has helped enhance work for data scientists and DevOps teams.


Abhinav Joshi is a Product Marketing leader at Red Hat. Abhinav’s team is focused on driving cloud-native workloads on Hybrid Cloud with Red Hat OpenShift (industry leading Kubernetes platform), including AI/ML, data analytics, databases, etc. Abhinav has over 20 years of experience around Hybrid Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, and Software Defined Data Center focused solutions. Throughout his career, Abhinav has held strategic roles in Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Consulting Services at Red Hat, VMware, Cisco, NetApp, etc. He holds MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park, Strategic Management Graduate Certificate from Harvard University, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Nagpur University, India.
