How to Apply Machine Learning in Your Company Using Design Thinking and Canvas

Abstract:

The companies that will lead their markets in the future will be those that can deliver a maximum customer experience with reduced operating costs.
Applying technology for process automation and identifying insights for decision making is the way. The data-driven universe is a present reality and companies around the world are having a hard time taking the first step.
They imagine that they need to build integration with all systems and migrate legacy systems before they can start. Executives know they are on top of a mountain of data and have a lot of value but they don't know how to extract it.
Adding to the market pressure from the big tech vendors trying to sell their magic platforms at all costs plus the routine IT needs and business demands makes IT the bottleneck for business innovation.
The new CIO should break the centralizer paradigm and start sharing its resources with business areas to gain value delivery agility.
And how to do this without losing the governance and security of access to the information? How to get rid of the marketing bombardment of manufacturers by pushing their platforms and using only what will help you at the moment? How do you train your team to prioritize and develop only what really delivers value to the end customer?
Lopes will show you how to identify where to start by applying design thinking and machine learning canvas techniques to find out where to drill for oil.
