Enterprises want to “use AI,” but what exactly does that mean? In 2023, it seemed like AI was everywhere; but was it really? In 2024, we move beyond the realm of experimentation and into the world of foundational business transformation. This keynote features Rudina Seseri, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, for a dive into how the emerging world of “ambient” AI drives comprehensive and proactive advances across a business. From manufacturing to sales and the life sciences, the emerging ubiquity of AI technologies leverages data not just to deliver optimization and human augmentation at unprecedented scale, but also to unlock entirely new capabilities for end users. Finally, the session explores how to design a practical AI system that drives ultimate business value in a world where HOW leaders utilize AI can be make-or-break in a changing ecosystems of competitors and peers.

Rudina Seseri is Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, leading the firm’s investments in AI-enabled enterprise SaaS, cloud, IT software, and vertical markets. Rudina has led investments and/or served on the Board of Directors of Reprise, Verusen, ChaosSearch, Basetwo, Inrupt, FeatureByte, Plannuh (acquired by Planful), Zylotech (acquired by Terminus), Celtra (acquired by STG), CrowdTwist (acquired by Oracle), and Navigant Consulting (acquired by Veritas).

Rudina has 19 years of investing and operational experience in high-growth AI and Frontier Technology companies. Before venture capital, Rudina was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Development Group at Microsoft Corporation, leading successful transactions and investments.

Rudina has been appointed an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School (HBS) following four consecutive years of serving as the Entrepreneur-In-Residence. She is an inaugural member of the HBS Rock Venture Capital Partners and serves on the board of directors of M&T Bank, MSC Industrial Supply, and the New England Venture Capital Association. She has been appointed to the Governor of Massachusetts’ Artificial Intelligence Strategic Task Force.

Rudina received the 2024 Pinnacle Award for Achievement in Entrepreneurship from the Boston Chamber of Commerce and has earned recognition on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs List. She has been named a Business Insider Most Important VC in Boston, Top VC Investing in AI and Machine Learning, and a Venture Capital Journal 2023 Woman of Influence.

She graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College with a BA in Economics and International Relations and holds an MBA from HBS.
